I have nothing but good things to say about this place. We only had to get rid of our storage unit for financial reasons, but if/when we need storage again, Totem Lake West will be at the top of the list of our considerations! Today when I was clearing out the unit, a man who worked there (unfortunately did not get his name) offered to unlock the recycle bin especially for me (even though they are not for customers). I asked if when we finish with the unit if they need to be swept and he offered to sweep it for me! Plus just his pleasant demeanor in a customer/client facing industry was such a nice change of pace. And even though he knew we were finishing with our unit, there was absolutely zero guilt-tripping or selling to get us to hold onto our unit. If you are in need of storage in the Totem Lake/Juanita area, I would HIGHLY recommend.

We rented two units to help facilitate our move from a house to a condo. The staff, Chris and Frances, were outstanding, so helpful and accommodating. The facility is secure, clean, great location with easy access. If needs arise, we would definitely use this facility again.

The managers are really kind and thoughtful here. Even in a major moment of lock-blunder on my own part, they were ever so helpful and calm working out a solution for me regardless. I greatly recommend this place if you desire a professional team and a nice facility.
